This Old Jakarta City was built from The Sunda Kelapa Harbor Old Harbor with traditional sailing ships, when the Dutch Traders VOC then follow by Dutch Colonial government 330 years ago . The Old Jakarta City or Batavia developed until today remained.
Old Batavia then changed its named become Jayakarta ( meaning Victory ) when the Javanese Local kingdom from Central Java conquered this city . The Arabs and Chinese traders then arrived and occupied the old Jakarta , which continued until today as Commercial area centre . After visiting the Old Harbor , The Old Batavia Tour visit the Old Jakarta Mayor Office of Dutch Government , now become the Fatahillah ( Victory from God ) Museum , Wayang or Shadow Puppet Museum and the Old Jakarta City Square .
After Lunch ( at recommended and preferred Restaurant ) Tour continued to visit National Monument as the Jakarta City Icon , with its Gold Plated Flame on its top and then visiting National Museum , where all artifacts and cultural heritages are maintained .

Latar Belakang
Sebagai seorang yang memmulai karir professional dibidang perhotelan dan pariwisata sejak usia 23 tahun atau 27 tahun yang lalu di tahun 1983 di Hotel Mutiara , hotel berbintang 3 di kota Jogjakarta sambil menjalani kuliah di UGM, Fisip bidang Ilmu Hubungan Internasioanl , dan kemudian menekuni bekerja dibidang Tours dan Travel hingga 15 tahun sampai krisis melanda Indonesia di tahun 1997 dibeberapa perusahaan sebagai tenaga Freelance..
Sejak 1998 sampai 2008 profesi saya beralih kebidang akademis dengan menjadi Guru Privat, dan Dosen di beberapa Lembaga Pendidikan Kursus Bahasa Inggris dan Akademi Perhotelan di Jakarta. Ditambah dengan pengalaman bekerja sebagai Penerjemah Bahasa Inggris dengan sertifikat dari Universitas Indonesia Fakultas Sastra dan Budaya ditahun 2001, semakin melengkapi bekal untuk berkiprah didunia bisnis Internasional selanjutnya khususnya dibidang Pariwisata.
Pendahuluan
Sesuai dengan pembicaraan saya dengan pihak Direksi PT SANUR KHATULISTIWA Bapak Boby Andi Rizal yang telah mengetahui latar belakang pendidikan dan profesi saya sebelumnya , maka saya memutuskan untuk kembali membangun usaha dibidang pariwisata pada umumnya dan khususnya dibidang Tours and Travel Services dengan membawa nama PT SANUR KHATULISTIWA atau dengan nama populer SAKHA Tours and Travel Services .
Penjelasan
Bidang usaha Pariwisata di Indonesia pernah menjadi sumber devisa Negara yang diandalkan sehingga masuk kedalam tiga besar sumber pendapatan nasional setelah Minyak dan Pajak sebelum masa krisis moneter di tahun 1998 yang lalu.
Dengan berlalunya waktu , setelah Indonesia mengalami berbagai kecamuk masalah Politik dan Keamanan seperti gangguan terorisme, maka saatnyalah kini Pariwisata Indonesia harus dibangun kembali dan melalui PT SANUR KHATULISTIWA inilah kiprah saya kembali menekuni bidang usaha Tours and Travel akan saya curahkan sepenuh hati.
Bidang usaha Pariwisata Tours and Travel Services secara garis besar dibagi kedalam beberapa kegiatan operasional yang terdiri dari Operasional Tours dan Opersional Travel.
Dibidang operasional usaha
- Marketing atau Pemasaran Paket Tour / Paket Wisata ke tujuan wisata dalam dan luar negeri
- Market atau Pasar dibagi menjadi Pasar Domestik dan Pasar Internasional
- Pasar Domestik adalah prospek dan konsumen bagi produk wisata didalam dan keluar negeri seperti Paket Perjalanan Wisata Liburan ke Bali , dan tujuan wisata daerah lainnya seperti Danau Toba, Danau Singkarak, Danau tiga warna di luar Jawa dan paket wisata ke Singapore , ke Australia , ke Eropa , Amerika dan lain lain.tujuan wisata liburan yang diminati masyarakat Indonesia.
- Paket wisata keluar negeri bagi wisatawan domestik disebut dengan Outbound Tour , sedang Paket wisata kedalam negeri bagi wisatawan Internasional disebut dengan Inbound Tour
- Pasar Internasional sebagai prospek dan konsumen produk wisata
- Jasa yang terkait didalam bidang usaha wisata atau Tours ini antara lain Hotel/
- Resort, Adventure Park, pusat kegiatan Out bound seperti Mount Climbing, Tracking, Caving, Diving, Surfing dll, Jasa lain yang terkait dibidang usaha Tours atau Wisata juga adalah Pemandu Wisata atau Tour Guide berbagai Bahasa sesuai dengan wisatawan yang datang.
Terkait dengan kegiatan usaha Tours ini maka Travel sebagai bagian usaha yang tidak terpisahkan dari kegiatan Tours adalah juga menjadi bagian kegiatan operasionalnya.
Didalam kegiatan usaha Travel ini meliputi :
-Reservasi Ticket baik Pesawat Udara, Kapal Laut , Kereta Api dan Bus serta Rental Mobil.
-Dokumen Travel seperti Passport, Visa dan KIMS serta KITAS sebagai Dokumen Imigrasi bagi pendatang atau pekerja warga Negara asing juga menjadi bagian kegiatan usaha kita

Berdasarkan penjelasan tersebut diatas maka operasional management
